"Prince Charles: The Royal Restoration", presented by Alan Titchmarsh, looks behind-the -scenes during the ambitious work to restore Dumfries House and the wider strategy to kickstart the economic fortunes of the local area, Cumnock in East Ayrshire, one of the most economically deprived in Scotland.

In 2007, His Royal Highness used £20 million of his own Charitable Foundation's money, and in addition personally brokered a £45 million deal, to purchase Dumfries House, and its unique collection of priceless furniture for the Nation.

The documentary follows the Prince and his team as they tackle key elements of the project against a background of financial pressure and Alan Titchmarsh hears from The Prince about his reasons for taking on such an ambitious project, how he deals with the challenges it presents and makes his own personal contribution to achieving its goals.

The hour-long documentary will be shown on Tuesday 27 November, 2012 on the Foxtel Lifestyle Channel, Channel 108, at 8.30 pm. It will be repeated on that channel On Wednsday 28 November, 2012 at 11am
