Luke Hantzis explains how this year the Neville Bonner Memorial Prize is being facilitated online - a first for the competition. Ensuring that every student has an opportunity to participate, students are able to submit their entry via YouTube. Senator Neville Bonner was a firm believer in Australia's current constitutional arrangements. Further, he had a vision that all Australians should have a greater understanding of our system of government. This competition hopes to further his vision.
